about us
Remember the 70s? Gas was .55 cents a gallon, oak woodwork was in, ABBA was a top band, 8-track stereos were necessities and stained glass was cool.Yep, 1975 was the year The Boardwalk was opened. It was designed to be a "modern day" cousin of our flagship restaurant, The Oasis, and sister restaurant, The Garret, in Campbell. So, of course it included stained glass windows, cozy booths, a magnificent oak bar with stained glass cabinets, and the floor in finished wood planks.
The Boardwalk, with its convenient Los Altos location on The El Camino, continues to serve families, singles, couples, theatre groups and ball teams who have all made the Boardwalk their home, hangout, and meeting place.
The Boardwalk was remodeled in 2004 with new woodwork, cozy booths and traditional brickwork on the walls.
The menu features the same great burgers we're famous for, cold and hot sandwiches (try our Philly Cheesesteak), the best Pizza in town and an assortment of healthy soups and salads.
